1) Terms
All watches sold come with a 3-day return policy. If it is not original with your purchase, please contact us via email or phone and then return the watch in the EXACT SAME CONDITION and HK Vintage Watches will issue a refund within 7 days time after the watch has been fully inspected. We will not issue a refund on any watch beyond your 3-day inspection period. All items shall be at the risk of the customer from the date of delivery of the goods.
Returns must be sent by the same method as the watch was received with. All items returned must always be fully insured and paid by the customers. For a refund, watches must be returned and received in the exact same conditions as shipped. A full inspection will take place prior to issuing any refund.
All watches are SOLD by HK Vintage Watches does not offer any guarantee on movement accuracy, water-proof or any other mechanical guarantee, as these are vintage watches, unless stated.
All statements relating to any items sold by HK Vintage Watches are statements of opinion. HK Vintage Watches reserves the right to adjust listed or quoted prices and specifications without notice and may also at any time withdraw any of the items without any prior notice.
Payments are to be made via paypal, money order or bank wire transfer only. No items shall be sent prior to the receipt of payment in full. The payment must be securely received in full before any item shall be sent. Some payments may require additional time to clear.
All watches belong to the property of HK Vintage Watches until the watch has been paid in full. There will be no postage / handling / insurance charges for any orders. However customers are responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or taxes.
All shipments are sent fully insured via UPS / FedEx. If packages are lost or stolen, a refund will be issued only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor.
